  2. Hotel check-in 2:00 pm and check-out 11:00 am, as per hotel policy.
  3. Sightseeing timings are indicative and may change due to weather, traffic or local conditions.
  4. Entry tickets, guide charges and personal expenses are not included unless listed in inclusions.
  5. Cancellation and refund terms will be shared at the time of booking.

Free itinerary builder questions

Is the itinerary maker really free?

Yes. Creating, saving, previewing, printing and exporting itineraries is free, with no sign-up and no payment details.

Where are my itineraries saved?

In your own browser on the device you use (local draft mode). They are not uploaded to our servers or linked to an account. Clearing browser data deletes them, so use Export backup to keep a copy or to move to another device.

How do I download a PDF?

Open the preview and click Download PDF. Your browser's print window opens; choose “Save as PDF” as the destination.

Can I add my agency logo?

Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP logo up to 5 MB. It is resized in your browser and shown at the top of every itinerary.

Will there be agency accounts?

Yes, free agency sign-up with secure cloud saving is coming soon, so you can open your itineraries from any device. The itinerary maker will stay free. Until then, itineraries are saved on your device and you can move them with Export and Import backup.

Can I share an itinerary with a customer?

Send the PDF, or use Share summary or WhatsApp to send a text version of the day-wise plan.

Do you also offer a full travel CRM?

Yes. Our paid Travel Agency CRM adds lead management, quotations, bookings, visas and payments. The itinerary maker stays free either way.
