When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, business category and the requirement you describe. We also record the page and any campaign parameters (such as utm_source) from which you arrived.
When you request a demo or contact sales about our Travel CRM or Hotel PMS we collect your name, business name, business type, phone number, email, the product and plan you are interested in, the number of staff or rooms (optional) and your message.
Free Itinerary Maker
Itineraries, photos, logos and agency details you enter in the Free Itinerary Maker are stored only in your own browser on your device. They are not sent to or stored on our servers, and we cannot see or recover them. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so please export a backup if you need to keep a copy.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss our services and the launch offer, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell your information.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries may be stored in a managed database and/or sent to us by email using third-party service providers acting on our behalf. Access is restricted to authorised persons.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics load only if you consent, and events do not contain personal information. You can decline analytics and still use the whole site.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then delete them on a reasonable schedule.
