FAQs
Hotel PMS questions
Is it suitable for a small guesthouse?
Yes. The Basic plan is designed for properties up to 20 rooms with a small team.
Does it connect to Booking.com or other OTAs?
OTA connections require a channel manager. Integration with a supported channel manager is available on the Enterprise plan on request, and is scoped and quoted separately.
How is GST calculated on room bills?
GST slabs are configurable so the applicable rate is applied based on the room tariff. Please confirm rates with your accountant.
Are there onboarding fees?
Basic has no setup fee. Professional and Enterprise onboarding (room setup, data import, training) is quoted after we understand your property.
Can housekeeping staff use it on a phone?
Yes. It runs in a mobile browser, so staff can update room status from their phones.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can request an export of your guest and booking data before your subscription ends.
