Fees, limits and third-party charges
Pricing, fees and limits
- Prices are in INR and exclude GST (currently 18%), which is added to the invoice.
- Basic: setup / onboarding included, no setup fee; properties 1, rooms up to 20, staff users up to 3.
- Professional: setup / onboarding quoted after we review your requirement; properties 1, rooms up to 60, staff users up to 10.
- Enterprise: setup / onboarding quoted after we review your requirement; properties multiple, rooms 60+, staff users as agreed.
- User, room, property and storage limits are configured on your account at onboarding. Higher limits can be quoted.
- Support levels are listed on each plan. Support covers use of the software; custom development is quoted separately.
Third-party charges
Not included in the plan price. Billed by the provider or passed through at cost:
- SMS, email-sending and WhatsApp Business API usage (billed by the provider or passed through at cost)
- Payment-gateway transaction fees, if online payments are enabled
- Channel manager or OTA connection fees, where such an integration is configured
- Domain names and any paid third-party software you choose to connect
Integrations marked “when configured” or “on request” are set up during onboarding only where the provider is supported and you hold the required account. They are not active by default.

FAQs
Pricing questions
Is it suitable for a small guesthouse?
Yes. The Basic plan is designed for properties up to 20 rooms with a small team.
Does it connect to Booking.com or other OTAs?
OTA connections require a channel manager. Integration with a supported channel manager is available on the Enterprise plan on request, and is scoped and quoted separately.
How is GST calculated on room bills?
GST slabs are configurable so the applicable rate is applied based on the room tariff. Please confirm rates with your accountant.
Is there a free trial?
We start with a guided demo using sample data. After the demo we can discuss a trial period based on your requirement.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. Customer and enquiry data can be imported from Excel or CSV. The Business plan includes import assistance; on other plans it can be quoted separately.
Does the CRM send WhatsApp messages automatically?
Only when a supported WhatsApp Business API provider is configured on your account. WhatsApp provider charges are billed separately by that provider.
